our burlap city stamps are designed, hand pressed and made in the tjm studio. the print is pressed, by hand, onto the burlap. 

this listing is for a custom city stamp where you choose the city and the state please add the city and the state in the note section at checkout. 

each frame measures 20x20" and will vary slightly because of being hand pressed. the mat is 12x12". the black frame is wood with an acrylic cover.
