at this time most orders are processed between 1-3 business days with additional time for shipping. custom orders are processed within 10 business days and then shippes. processing and transit times may vary during peak season.

orders are shipped out without pricing and packaged in a way appropriate for gifting. please write your gift message at checkout and it will be included with the order.

we gladly accept returns if received by The Jones Market within fourteen days of delivery date. all refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. customer is responsible for return postage. 

all sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
